It's something from two years ago, but it still has some reference value.
1: Magical8bitPlug:
When trying to achieve the pikopiko effect, most of the time you can just use this. Whether it's for hats, bass, or drum kits, it can be used; it's simple and easy to understand, making it the most frequently used main plugin. Since there is only a 32-bit version on Windows, jBridge is used.
2: AGM:
A very useful acoustic guitar sound source, used for playing chords and arpeggios.
3: QLPianos:
Includes sound sources from four famous pianos. I use Bosendorfer and Bechstein separately based on the style of the music.
4: QL Symphonic Orchestra:
String sound source. The most used is QLSO, and occasionally I also use Session Strings and Pizzicato from KONTAKT.
5: Complete Toy Museum:
Includes sound sources from toy instruments. If you ask me to recommend something recently, my favorite is this one!
I always feel like something is missing~ When I want a light sound~ I use it a lot.
Acoustic Toy Museum is used very often.
Electric Toy Museum hasn't been used much until now.
6: Trilian:
A bass sound source that doesn't need much explanation. But personally, I find Trilogy easier to use… and for club-style bass, I use Massive.
7: Addictive Drums:
Drum sound source, the sound is really impressive... just kidding! Although it's not like that, it's very convenient to use, so I use it a lot.
8: Lounge Lizard EP-4:
I couldn't find anything I liked on the E-Piano, and after buying various sound sources that all felt a bit different, this one finally fits.
9: Sylenth1:
In short, it's a very lightweight synthesizer! It takes up very little space, so even if you open many at the same time, the DAW won't lag! Lightness is justice! Of course, the desired sounds can also be easily created.
10: Hypersonic:
Also a fossil-level comprehensive sound source. This one is also only 32-bit, so it runs on jBridge. Since there aren't many good kicks, I've also used a lot of HALion Sonic that came out later, but the sound is indeed a bit sexy...
11: Kinetic Metal:
Used to create inorganic, mechanical percussion. Since there are very few adjustable parts, it's hard to say it's not convenient, but because it can produce very unique sounds, it's the best.
12: Milcream:
The best equipment to use when feeling fatigued at work.
Other sound sources like NI, EW, and Spectrasonics are also used a bit. If you're looking for non-mainstream sound sources, I should be able to help you. I've been searching for strange sound sources, so if you know of any interesting ones, please let me know!
